Registration, weather and refunds by program

For new NGA-controlled offers using these terms, refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund is not guaranteed.

Existing registrations and confirmed lessons retain the terms provided when you registered or confirmed and any later agreed changes. Partner-run programs follow the host's terms. This summary does not replace those terms.

Walter Johnson Sunday season · Fall 2026
For existing registrations, the supplied season terms make parent withdrawals non-refundable and provide a refund for NGA-cancelled sessions NGA cannot make up. We make the weather call two hours before each group starts — 11:00 AM for Green Ball, 12:30 PM for Yellow Ball. All times are Eastern. Check the fall page and your season WhatsApp group; cancelled groups also receive an email. A weather cancellation moves to the next open make-up date for that group. New NGA-controlled offers using these terms follow the case-by-case refund review above.
MVF Junior Tournament · Saturday, October 24, 2026
For existing registrations, the supplied tournament terms state: No refunds. Rain or shine — we play. Outdoor check-in: 3:45 PM ET. If it rains on Saturday, October 24, 2026, the tournament will move indoors to the gym at Lake Marion Community Center, 8821 East Village Avenue, Montgomery Village, MD 20886, from 3:00–6:00 PM ET — one hour earlier than the outdoor schedule. Indoor check-in: 2:45 PM ET. Check in 15 minutes before the start. No rain date. NGA sends an invoice after registration; payment locks the spot. The Walter Johnson make-up policy does not apply to this tournament. New NGA-controlled offers using these terms follow the case-by-case refund review above.
MVF Thursday classes
MVF handles registration and payment. Check the specific MVF activity for its cancellation, weather and refund terms, and confirm the venue with MVF before travelling.
The Pickl Park Saturday league
The Pickl Park handles registration and payment. Confirm current fees, availability and cancellation terms with the host before registering.
Private and group lessons
Submitting a lesson request proposes a time; it does not reserve a lesson or charge you. Coach Sam confirms the time and court before sending an invoice. A $50 no-show fee applies to new lessons confirmed under these terms if you do not attend the confirmed lesson. Unconfirmed requests have no no-show fee. This policy does not add a fee to a lesson confirmed under an earlier agreement. Confirm the cancellation and rescheduling terms before paying.
Winter programs
Winter details and host arrangements are still being confirmed. Interest is welcome; registration is not open. Dates, format, price and cancellation terms will be confirmed before registration opens.

Drop-ins, crews and camps: new NGA-controlled offers using these terms follow the case-by-case refund review above. Review the specific listing, offer and checkout before paying. Contact Coach Sam if a rule is missing, unclear or conflicts with this summary.
